Delivery terms:
In the Iberian Peninsula, the delivery time is 48/72 hours (Monday to Friday except holidays).
The deadlines start at 9:00 a.m. the next working day after the order is received. We will try to get it to you as soon as possible.
Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and the rest of the world, we do not sell by web. Contact us and we will find a solution.

Shipping costs
The products include packaging so that your order arrives in perfect conditions and the transport of the ordered products. All prices include shipping and VAT.
Please make sure to enter the correct delivery address. In case of wrong address, extra charges will be charged (7€ + VAT), as well as the costs that will be generated in case of absence in a second delivery.
Incidents
It is important that you check the packaging upon receipt of the order, and if you notice any incident or breakage, do not accept the shipment, record the incident on the delivery note and contact us within 48 hours by mail or telephone.
In case you receive a broken bottle, please take pictures of the box, the breakage and the name of the carrier so that we can claim the damages.

Cancellations
If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount of the order.
If the shipment has already been made, we will reimburse the amount of the order minus the shipping costs.

Free Returns
If when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you can return it. To do this the order must be in perfect condition, without opening seals or seals and in the original packaging. Otherwise we will not be able to accept the return.
In the case of Pardorán, we are so sure that most of you who try it alone or in combination will like it that, if halfway through the first bottle you do not like it, we will refund the amount of the order minus the shipping costs. To do this you have to talk to us to make sure that most of you did not like it and that you have tried it in different ways and, if so, we will refund the cost of the bottles purchased.
You have a period of 30 days from receipt of the order and we will reimburse you the amount of the order minus the shipping costs.
